Stanford Latino Law Students Association (SLLSA)

SLLSA Cinco de Mayo 2009

SLLSA is committed to creating and maintaining a community for Latino students at Stanford Law School and sending highly qualified, dedicated, and responsible Latino lawyers into every legal arena.

We provide academic and personal support for our membership and sponsor a variety of social and cultural events including an annual celebration of the Mexican holiday, Cinco de Mayo, for Law School faculty, staff, students, and their families. We present seminars for our membership on briefing cases, studying for exams, writing resumes, and interviewing with potential employers, and the SLLSA office houses a library of textbooks, study aids, course outlines, and scholarship and employment announcements.

SLLSA also sponsors a variety of social and cultural events throughout the year, culminating in an annual celebration of the Mexican holiday, Cinco de Mayo, for Law School faculty, staff, students, and their families.
